Applications

Laser Lipolysis

The Adopicytholyse Laser by injection of photons

Principle

What we want to do :

Lipolysis principle

The Adopicytholyse Laser lipolysis is a lysis method known to be fast and which is obtained thanks to a thermal effect that mobilises the fat.

What we can observe :

Destabilization of the membranes

- Its efficiency has been proven, quantified and modelised.

- The fat is liquefied by a progressive temperature elevation process to 65°C.

- The adipocytes enter into a transition phase that denatures their membrane.

- Expulsion of the triglycerids.

Procedure

  • Easy
  • Local anaesthesia
  • No incision
  • Safety and precision
  • Reproducibility of the act
  • 1 single session

Technique

Marking of the zones to be treated with a specific pen

  • Disinfection of the zone that is to be treated
  • Local anaesthesia by infiltration of tumescence xylocaine serum.
  • Introduction of the laser fibre with the use of its guide and handpiece

  • Crossed sweeping of the zone to be treated.
  • Liquefaction of the fat that can be metabolised.
  • Light contention garment during 5 days.

Clinical results

Indisputable aesthetic results.

  • Significant reduction of the treated zone.
  • Reduction of the fat volume by 17% to 25% at 3 months, quantified with MRI.
  • Spectacular and durable tissue retraction.
  • Disappearance of “orange skin” effect.
  • Progressive improvement of the results within 6 months.

Safety and efficiency : a true combination
